The hotel offered clean and spacious rooms but fell short on service quality. The location was excellent for relaxation, yet the dining experience left something to be desired.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic and disappointing experiences. The rooms were fantastic in size, similar to what I would expect in a 5-star hotel, but they could do with a bit of a deep clean. The service was very Surly and disorganized, leading to a lackluster experience, especially with the delayed complementary drinks. The location was excellent with plenty of sun beds and shades, but some areas like the outdoor seating needed attention. The dining offered delicious options like omelettes but fell short with cold food consistently. Overall, I had a nice stay but left with a bad taste due to the inadequacy of service for the price paid.
I had a nice stay overall at the hotel. The room and view I paid for were perfect, but some facilities were lacking like no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The service had some hiccups, especially with complimentary drinks and the long room wait. The location was fantastic, except for being a bit remote. The dining experience was good, with great variety, but service could have been better.
